Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch ready to send items within 1-3 days of receiving your order.

Personalised & made to order items: Please check item descriptions for current turnaround times.

Please note that we will endeavour to meet the estimated turnaround times however, these time frame may be extended during busy periods.

If an item is required by a certain date, please let us know before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your request.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail with online tracking.

We are unable to provide further assistance in regards to delivery once your parcel has been sent. We provide all orders with tracking numbers. For the most up-to-date information, please check your tracking link.

Lula Little Ones are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect delivery information/incorrect address being provided by the customer at checkout.

 

Delivery Costs

Standard shipping (2-3 business days from dispatch) £3.95


UK shipping is free when you spend over £60.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.


If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow 7 days before emailing us. 


Personalised & Made to Order Items

Please see current turnaround times listed in the individual item descriptions.

If you have purchased a personalised or made to order item and an in-stock item in the same transaction, all items will be sent together when the personalised/made to order item is ready. If you require any in-stock items prior to the arrival of the personalised/made to order item, please place two separate orders.


Pre-Order Items:

If you have purchased a pre-order item and an in-stock item in the same transaction, all items will be sent together when the pre-order stock arrives. If you require any in-stock items prior to the arrival of the pre-order stock, please place two separate orders.


International Orders

For delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be required to pay an import tax or duty. 

The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties or customs clearance fees, and meeting any other import requirements imposed by the customs agency in their country.

Please note that international orders are handled by local delivery partners once they arrive in the destination country.

Delivery times can vary depending on location, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring they are available to receive their parcel. If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the local delivery provider.

If no action is taken and the parcel is returned to us, we are happy to resend your order once it has been received back, however additional postage costs will apply.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or returns caused by the local delivery service in the destination country.
