Final Sale on Personalised Items

When you choose to order an item with personalised embroidery, please note that your order is final. Once your customisation has been submitted and confirmed, we are unable to accept any changes or cancellations.

Accuracy of Personalisation

Your embroidery will be created exactly as entered, including any uppercase and lowercase letters. Please double-check your spelling and formatting before submitting your order, as we cannot make alterations once the embroidery process begins.

No Returns or Refunds

Because personalised items are made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Change of mind is not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

Colour & Font Representation

We do our best to accurately represent embroidery thread colours and font styles in our product photos and descriptions. Please keep in mind that slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. These minor differences do not qualify an item for return, replacement, or refund. Please make sure to check the font alphabet examples before ordering.

Turnaround Time

Embroidery turnaround times are listed on each individual product page. We aim to complete all custom orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for additional time during busy periods.
